This policy describes the current RingFit website and the information its measurement tool uses.

Measurements stay in the page

Diameter, circumference, calibration settings and calculated results are processed in your browser. RingFit’s application code does not send those values to a server, save them to an account or include them in a web address. They are discarded when the page is closed or reloaded. We do not request photos, camera access, bank card numbers or payment details.

Theme preference

When you choose day or night mode, the site stores that choice in your browser’s local storage under the key ringfit-theme. It is used only to remember the appearance you selected. It remains until you clear the site’s browser data or replace the preference. If storage is blocked, the switch still works for the current page. Before a choice is saved, the site follows your device’s appearance setting.

Hosting and access

RingFit is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. Hosting, network and access providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The private preview may require sign-in through the hosting provider. RingFit’s calculator does not read your ChatGPT conversations or sign-in credentials. Provider processing and retention are governed by their own policies, including OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This version of RingFit includes no Google Analytics, advertising scripts, marketing pixels or application-set cookies. The host’s authentication or security services may use their own cookies. We do not sell measurement data or use it for advertising. If analytics or advertising is introduced, this notice must be updated and applicable consent requirements addressed before those services are enabled.

Links to other websites

Reference links may open external websites. Visiting those websites makes a request to their operators and is subject to their own privacy policies. RingFit does not control those websites.

Your choices

You can use manual measurement without putting a card on the screen. Clear RingFit’s site data in browser settings to remove the saved theme. Closing or reloading the page clears the measurements. Requests concerning hosting or account data should be directed to the relevant provider through its privacy channels.

Questions and changes

For questions about RingFit or this policy, email [email protected]. If you email us, your address and the contents of your message are used to respond to your request. Email is handled by the email provider. This page’s update date will change when the policy changes.

Measurement checks and copying

Repeat readings remain only in the current page and are cleared when you reload. When you press Copy result, the result is written to your device clipboard. If clipboard access is unavailable, you can select and copy the text manually.

Language selection

Changing language opens a translated page. The chosen sizing system may be carried in the destination URL as the system parameter; it contains no measurements or results. The language is represented by the page path. Changing pages resets measurements and requires fresh calibration before using the screen circle.
